Advanced Cardiovascular Disease Screening and Prevention

Preventing a catastrophic event…

We take heart disease and stroke very seriously. Heart disease is the leading cause of death for persons aged 65 and older.

Heart disease can lead to disability and a decreased functional quality of life. Through our risk stratification model, metabolic profile screening and in-clinic imaging, we can detect vascular disease before a true emergency may occur. Upon meeting appropriate clinical indication(s), we can perform in-clinic EKG, Holter Monitoring, Carotid Ultrasound Doppler Technology and Echocardiogram to identify vascular disease. Continuity of in-clinic care allows patients to have imaging with same day results without the inconvenience of disjointing care and multiple-site visits or referrals. Upon identifying vascular disease, primary and secondary prevention is initiated appropriately with research proven medications, counseling, modified diet regimen and exercise.

Though no one can predict an event occurrence, we have teamed with medical professionals in the community to perform coronary vascular imaging if necessary after a thorough primary evaluation has been completed.
